Sage Sales Management is a sales management tool that helps teams manage contacts, track opportunities, and structure their sales follow-ups across the entire pipeline.
The Ringover + Sage Sales Management integration allows you to:
- Make calls directly from Sage
- Automatically log your call and messaging activities (SMS, WhatsApp) in Sage
- Synchronize your Sage contacts with Ringover
- Benefit from AI-powered call summaries and transcript links in Sage
- Streamline your sales pipeline
How to enable the Sage Sales Management integration
I. Generate your API keys in Sage
To activate the integration, you need a Public key and a Private key generated from your Sage account.
- Click your logo in the top-right corner.
- Open My profile and configuration.

Click API key management.
II. Activate the integration from Ringover
1. Log in to your Ringover Dashboard.
2. Go to Integrations.
3. Search for Sage Sales Management.
4. Copy the API key into Ringover’s Public key field.
5. Copy the Private key into Ringover’s Private key field.
6. Click Activate.
III. Configure your settings
From the Integrations page, click on Sage Sales Management to open the configuration panel.
1. Complete your user mapping
Click the + Manage users button.
Saving your user mapping ensures that activities are logged in Sage under the correct user.
Users with the same email address in both Ringover and Sage are mapped automatically. If the email addresses differ, you will need to map the user manually and click Save.
2. Enable contact synchronization
If you want to ensure that your contacts are synchronized, Ringover offers two options: global sync (all your contacts are synced in Ringover) or call-by-call synchronization (contacts are synced in Ringover when they call you or when you call them).
Alternatively, you can choose to only search and display the contact. In that case, no contact will be stored on Ringover’s side:
3. Activate AI summaries and transcripts
- In your Dashboard > User settings , make sure that call recording is enabled if you want AI summaries and transcripts to be added to Sage activities.

Make sure that the setting "Include summaries in call logs" is enabled.
4. Activity logging in Sage
- By default, Ringover activities are created under dedicated activity types in Sage Sales Management. You can map them to other activity types by using the dropdown menu available for each one:

If you use the contact creation feature (for example, when a number calls you and it is not yet registered in the CRM, a contact is automatically created in Sage), a "New Ringover Contact" will be created and attached to a default company.
The default company is preconfigured as "Ringover Default Company." However, you can change the company ID if you would like to use a different company as the default. To do this, please enter the "Account ID" of your choice:
You are now ready to make calls! Install the Ringover click-to-call extension .
You can make a test call and verify that the activity, summary, and transcript link are correctly logged in Sage.
Activities will not only be logged on your contacts, but also on the related company and in your activity feed.
