When you create your Ringover Talk account, you activate a primary company phone number that is included in your subscription. However, you may need more than one line.
Choosing Your Number Type
Each additional number costs $5/month. You can choose between two types of lines:
1. Company Number (Shared Line)
This is a main business line equipped with the full Talk phone system features, including an auto-attendant (IVR), business hours, and call routing.
Go to the Phone Settings section of your dashboard at talk.ringover.com/ivrsettings.
Click "Add a number" and choose a number according to your location. Once activated, you can configure the settings for this new number by selecting it from the dropdown menu on the same page.
2. Direct Line (User-Specific)
This is a direct phone line assigned to a specific team member, allowing callers to reach them without going through a greeting menu.
Go to talk.ringover.com/users.
Find the specific user and click "Add a direct line."
