Yes, if you decide to switch from Ringover Talk to another phone service, you will be able to keep your number with your new provider.
Simply contact our support team to request the necessary information to transfer your number. You will then need to follow the porting instructions provided by your new service provider to initiate the move.
Important Note: We strongly recommend that you do not cancel your Ringover Talk account until the transfer is fully confirmed and active with your new provider. Closing your account too early may result in the loss of your number.
Limitations to Portability: Ringover reserves the right to refuse a portability request only under the following specific circumstances:
Unpaid Invoices: If there are outstanding balances or unpaid invoices related to the numbers at the time of the request.
Legal/Fraudulent Issues: If the number has been flagged for fraudulent use or is subject to a pending legal investigation.
