With the Ringover Talk mobile app, you can call your customers using your business number instead of your personal one. This ensures your private number stays private while you remain professional on the go.

Install the App: Download the Ringover Talk app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Choosing Your Calling Mode
Unlike traditional apps, Ringover Talk gives you two ways to place a call. You can switch between these in the Profile section of the app under Calling Modes.
Option 1: VoIP Mode (Data/Wi-Fi)
This mode uses your internet connection (Wi-Fi or 4G/5G) to place calls, similar to WhatsApp or Skype.
Best for: When you have a strong Wi-Fi or data connection.
How to use: Simply find a contact in your call logs or use the dialer to place a call. The call connects instantly within the app.
Option 2: Cellular Network Mode
This mode uses your mobile carrier’s voice network instead of the internet. It is highly reliable, even in areas with poor data coverage.
Best for: When you are traveling or have a weak internet connection.
How it works: 1. Select a contact or dial a number in the Ringover Talk app. 2. Wait for the prompt: Your phone will actually receive an incoming call from Ringover. 3. Answer the call: Once you pick up, you will be instantly connected to your recipient.
Result: Your customer sees your Ringover Talk business number on their screen, but the call uses your cellular minutes for crystal-clear quality.
