Ringover Talk offers the flexibility to manage your subscription directly from your dashboard. Whether you are on a monthly or annual plan, you can initiate a cancellation at any time.
How to cancel
To cancel your subscription:
Log in to your account at talk.ringover.com.
Navigate to the Subscription section.
Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
Please note: Once the cancellation is processed, your service will be closed immediately. You will lose access to your dashboard, call history, and dialer right away.
Commitment & Refund Policy
Monthly Plan: This plan is without commitment. You can cancel at any time; however, previously made payments are non-refundable.
Annual Plan: If you have subscribed to an annual plan, please note that we do not offer refunds if you cancel in the middle of the year.
Immediate Termination: Because the service closes immediately upon cancellation, we recommend waiting until the end of your billing cycle if you wish to use the service for the full period you have already paid for.
Important: What happens to your phone number?
Your phone numbers are tied to an active subscription.
Loss of Numbers: Because your account is closed immediately upon cancellation, all Ringover Talk numbers will be disconnected and lost at that moment.
How to keep your number: If you wish to keep your business number, you must successfully complete a porting request to a new provider before you click cancel in your dashboard. Once you cancel, the number is released and cannot be recovered.
