Neon CRM is a comprehensive, cloud-based platform designed specifically to help nonprofit organizations manage donor relationships, fundraising campaigns, and memberships in one place. By automating administrative tasks and centralizing data, it enables charities to streamline their operations and focus more effectively on their mission.
The Ringover + Neon CRM integration allows you to:
- Make calls directly from Neon
- Automatically log your call and messaging activities (SMS) in Neon
- Synchronize your Neon contacts with Ringover
- Benefit from Ringover AI-generated call summaries and transcript links in Neon
Prerequisites
Before starting the integration, please ensure the following requirements are met:
- Ringover Account: You must have a Business or Advanced plan with admin access to your Ringover dashboard.

Neon Account: You must have admin access.
I. Generate your API keys in Neon
To get the API Key:
- Settings
- User Management
- Click on the user
- Enable API access
II. Find your Organization ID in Neon
To get the OrgID:
- Go to “Settings”
- “Organization Profile”
- Search for the OrgID at the bottom
III. Activate the integration from Ringover
- Log in to your Ringover Dashboard.
- Go to Integrations.
- Search for Neon CRM.
- Copy and paste the OrgID from your Neon CRM into the Ringover dashboard.
- Copy and paste the API key from your Neon CRM into the Ringover dashboard.
- Click Activate.
IV. Configure your settings
From the Integrations page, click on Neon CRM to open the configuration panel.
1. Complete your user mapping
Click the "+ Manage users" button.
Saving your user mapping ensures that activities are logged in Neon under the correct user.
Users with the same email address in both Ringover and Neon are mapped automatically. If the email addresses differ, you will need to map the user manually and click Save.
2. Enable contact synchronization
If you want to ensure that your contacts are synchronized, Ringover offers two options:
- Global sync (all your contacts are synced in Ringover)
- Call-by-call synchronization (contacts are synced in Ringover when they call you or when you call them).
You can choose to search for and display the contact. In that case, info will be stored on Ringover’s side only if call-by-call basis is activated:
3. Activate AI summaries and transcripts
- In your Dashboard > User settings , make sure that call recording is enabled if you want AI summaries and transcripts to be added to Neon activities.

Make sure that the setting "Include summaries in call logs" is enabled.
You are now ready to make calls! Install the Ringover click-to-call extension .
You can make a test call and verify that the activity, summary, and transcript link are correctly logged in Neon.
Activities will not only be logged on your contacts, but also on the related company and in your activity feed.
