Ringover offers flexible interface options, you can choose between two display modes depending on how you prefer to manage your conversations and tools.
Choosing your view
1. How to switch between views
You can easily switch between these two modes at any time:
- Go to Settings
- Enable or disable Unified Conversation
2. Unified conversation (Recommended)
When Unified Conversation is enabled, everything is centralized in a single interface.
You can access all key features directly from your conversation page, including:
- Conversations
- Contacts
- Analytics
- Power Dialer
- Settings
This view is ideal for users who want a streamlined and all-in-one experience.
3. Standard View (Unified Conversation Off)
When Unified Conversation is disabled, the interface is split into multiple sections.
You will have access to:
- Call logs
- Contact list
- Messages
- Analytics
- Power Dialer
- Tasks
- Omnichannel activity
- Settings
This view is better suited for users who prefer a more segmented and detailed navigation.
