The status feature allows you to assign statuses to your contacts directly from your conversations page.
Adding you status
1. Access and use the status bar
To start assigning statuses:
1. Go to your conversations page.
2. Locate the status bar and click on any step to select it.
3. Note that the steps aren't linear, meaning you can skip any step at any time.
2. Status details and management
- Click on contact details
- Check all of the statuses that are currently available.
- The admin has the permission to create new statuses and can also edit the existing ones.
💡 Good to know:
- This feature only works with existing contacts.
- Unknown numbers: If you are dealing with an unknown number, you need to first add it to your network before you can use the status feature.
- Once the contact has been added, you can begin assigning a status to them.
