Turn Timeout
- Time (in seconds) after the user's last word before the agent replies automatically.
- Select Unlimited to wait indefinitely for the user to speak.
Silence end call timeout
- Maximum duration of silence (in seconds) before the call ends automatically.
- Select Unlimited to prevent the call from ending due to silence.
Max conversation duration
- Maximum duration of the call.
- Between 60 seconds and 1 hour.
Keywords
- Comma-separated words that the system will recognize with higher accuracy.
- Helps the AI detect important terms or triggers more reliably.
You can run simulations to test your configurations. However, not all features will function during a simulation, such as call transfers. Simulations are primarily for testing speech, timeouts, and keyword recognition.
