Call tags allow you to easily organize and categorize your conversations. In this guide, you’ll learn how to add, view, and edit tags on your calls.
Adding call tags
1. Add tags to a call
Start by selecting the call you want to organize.
- Go to your conversations.
- Click on the 3 little dots next to the call you want.
- Click on Add tag.
- Select your tags.
2. View your tags
Once added, you can easily review the tags associated with your call.
- The selected tags will appear at the bottom of your call.
- Click the expand/collapse icon to maximize or minimize the view and see all of your tags.
3. Edit or Remove Tags
You can easily update your tags whenever things change.
- Click on the little pencil icon.
- Add new tags or remove existing ones.
