The Summary AI Customization feature in Empower allows you to easily control how call summaries are generated for your team. In this guide, you’ll learn how to configure default languages, enable AI suggestions, and manage summary settings for your users.

Customizing your Summary settings

1. Access summary Customization

Start by navigating to your settings to view your options

1. Go to your Empower settings.

2. Click on the gear icon next to "create summary style" in the summary AI Customization section.

2. Configure the default Summary language

You can choose a standard language for your summaries or customize it for specific team members.

1. Activate the Default summary language option (If this option is deactivated, the individual user's preferred language will automatically be set as their default)

2. Choose the specific language you want to apply.

3. Select the specific users, or leave it to apply to all users by default.

4. Enable AI suggested summaries, if you want.

3. Manage call Summary settings per user

You can easily adjust the default summary styles for individuals or apply changes in bulk.

Change for a single user

Use this option to modify the setting for one specific team member.

1. Search for a specific user.
2. Change the default summary.
3. Click on Save.

Change for Multiple Users

Use this option to update the summary settings for a bunch of users at the same time.

1. Select the users you want to change to the same summary default.
2. Click on Change default summary.
3. Click on Save.
