1. Create a tag group
Begin by creating a new group to neatly categorize your tags.
- Click on "create a group".
- Click on "add tag".
- Change the color to easily identify it.
2. Configure access and AI assistance
Once your tags are created, you can control who can access them and automate their assignment.
- Click to modify access permissions.
- Enable AI assistance to automatically assign tags.
3. Ungroup your tags
If you prefer to see all your tags without any groups, you can disable the group view entirely.
- Go to the marketplace.
- Disable the tag management add-on.
Disabling this add-on ensures your tags are no longer grouped, giving you a flat overview of all your existing tags.
