1. Create a tag group

Begin by creating a new group to neatly categorize your tags.

1. Click on "create a group".
2. Click on "add tag".
3. Change the color to easily identify it.

2. Configure access and AI assistance

Once your tags are created, you can control who can access them and automate their assignment.

1. Click to modify access permissions.
2. Enable AI assistance to automatically assign tags.

3. Ungroup your tags

If you prefer to see all your tags without any groups, you can disable the group view entirely.

1. Go to the marketplace.
2. Disable the tag management add-on.

Disabling this add-on ensures your tags are no longer grouped, giving you a flat overview of all your existing tags.
