Call Parking allows you to place an active call into a temporary “parking spot” so another teammate can retrieve it from their own Ringover app or device.
This is useful when you need to transfer a customer to the right person without losing the conversation or keeping the caller on a direct transfer.
Parking a call
During an active call, click Transfer.
Go to the Contacts tab.
Enter the parking code.
Example:
*842 → Parking room 42
*81 → Parking room 1
Click on the parking room name displayed in the results.
The call is immediately sent to the parking room and waits to be retrieved!
Retrieving a parked call
Open the Ringover Dialer.
Dial the parking code (example: *8).

The parked call connects automatically.
Important notes
Parking rooms are shared with all users in the same team and are automatically created when a call is transferred to them. Rooms cannot be renamed and are identified only by numbers from 1 to 99.
While parked, the caller hears waiting music until another teammate retrieves the call. Parked calls automatically end after 3 hours if nobody answers them.
Call Parking is currently available on the web app and SIP phones only.
