GoHighLevel is an all-in-one CRM and marketing automation platform designed to help businesses manage leads, customer communications, sales pipelines, and marketing campaigns from a single workspace.
The Ringover + GoHighLevel integration allows you to:
- Make calls directly from GoHighLevel
- Automatically log your call and messaging activities (SMS, WhatsApp) in GoHighLevel
- Synchronize your GoHighLevel contacts with Ringover
- Benefit from AI-powered call summaries and transcript links in GoHighLevel
- Improve lead management and customer engagement workflows
How to enable the GoHighLevel integration
I. Activate from Ringover
1. Log in to your Ringover Dashboard.
2. Go to Integrations.
3. Search for GoHighLevel in the list of available integrations.
4. Click Activate.
5. Confirm the activation by clicking Activate.
II. Connect your GoHighLevel account
After activating the integration, Ringover will redirect you to the GoHighLevel authentication page.
1. Click Login.
2. Sign in to your GoHighLevel account.
3. Authorize Ringover to access your GoHighLevel workspace.
4. If prompted, choose your GoHighLEvel sub account
5. Once authorization is completed, you will automatically be redirected back to Ringover.
III. Configure your settings
Stay on the Integrations page and click on GoHighLevel to open the configuration panel:

For a quick start from the integration panel:
- Make sure that you have mapped your users by clicking "+ Manage users".
- Turn on contact synchronization to ensure that all contacts remain up to date and available in Ringover.
Additionally:
- Verify that users who will use the integration have call recording enabled in their Ringover Dashboard settings if you want to benefit from recording links, transcript links, and AI summaries.
- Install the Ringover Click-to-Call extension in your browser. Once installed, phone numbers inside GoHighLevel will be highlighted and clickable.
IV. Test the integration
You can now make a test call from a contact inside GoHighLevel:
And verify that it is successfully logged in the note or task section, depending on what you have chosen:
