Empower CRM Autofill
1. Access to the CRM Autofill
Set up your preferences to ensure the correct data is sent to your CRM.
- Go to the integrations settings in Empower.
- Select your update preference (Field update, Log as task, or Create a note).
- Select the specific CRM object you want to update.
- Choose an Empower field or add a custom AI prompt for the data you want to log.
⚠️ Important: You must have admin access to your CRM to fetch and configure the required mapping fields.
2. Customize advanced sync settings
You can define exactly what data Empower captures and sends to your CRM using specific toggles and options.
Log internal meetings: Capture internal (team-to-team) meetings in your CRM for better visibility and tracking.
Log summaries: This setting is managed from the Dashboard Integration section.
Log meeting topics: Sync topics from video meetings to your CRM after each meeting (only video meetings, not for audio calls).
Log notes and comments: Sync notes and comments from Empower Studio to your CRM across video meetings and audio calls.
Sync emails sent from Empower: Log emails sent via Empower into your CRM for complete communication history.
CRM Autofill settings: Enable CRM Autofill to configure how Empower identifies and fills CRM fields automatically using AI.
Manage CRM required fields: Define which fields are mandatory when creating or updating CRM records.
Configure the CRM Autofill settings
- Click on configure.
- Add field mapping.
- Select the fields and choose the options.
- You can add an AI prompt if needed.
- Then, click on "Save".
