Purchase and manage SMS credit bundles

1. Purchase an SMS credit bundle in the Marketplace

Add a monthly SMS allowance to your account directly through your dashboard.

1. Go to your Ringover Dashboard.
2. Navigate to the Marketplace page.
3. Search for the SMS Credit Bundle.
4. Click to purchase and activate the bundle.

SMS credit bundles are billed on a monthly recurring basis and will align with your standard monthly subscription billing.

Learn how your text message credits are consumed, renewed, and what happens if your balance runs dry.

• Monthly renewal : Your SMS credit resets to your standard bundle amount at the start of your next billing and payment cycle.
• Call credit fallback: If your SMS credit balance drops to 0 before the end of the month, you can still send text messages, it will be deducted directly from your available call credits.
• The SMS credit cannot be carried over.

Keep an eye on your usage directly from your workspace without opening your billing settings.

1. Look at the top-right corner of your Ringover interface
2. Locate your credit displays
3. You will see your remaining bundle balance clearly displayed as "SMS" right next to your standard call credits balance
