Empower Crafts allow you to train your AI conversation intelligence model to analyze specific call scenarios, detect sales techniques, and track key topics automatically. How to create and configure crafts in Empower

1. Access your Empower dashboard and craft settings

Navigate to your Empower account menu to view active and disabled analysis crafts.

1. Go to AI Customizations > Crafts Management.
2. Review the main dashboard view to see all active and disabled crafts across your account.
3. Locate Minimum calls required to be applied in the left-hand corner of the configuration panel.
4. Enter the minimum number of calls required for the AI model to apply the craft.

2. Define craft parameters and detection logic

Configure craft details and instruct the AI on how and when to detect specific call events.

1. Enter a clear name for your craft in the Name field.
2. In the Description field, detail what will be analyzed (e.g., objection handling, pricing discussions, or competitor mentions).
3. In the When should this craft be detected field, describe how the craft should be applied and the conditions under which it must be triggered.
4. Add the users or groups this skill will be applied.

Analysis criteria

• Minimum Call Duration: Define the minimum call length required for a call to be included in the analysis. 
• Include Internal Calls: Enable this option to include calls between team members in the analysis.
• Target Pass Rate: Set the desired pass rate to establish the performance benchmark for the analysis.

5. Click Save to activate the craft for your Enterprise license.
