Zoho is a software company that offers a suite of cloud applications designed for business management. Their products include tools for collaboration, project management, accounting, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), document creation, and many others.
Ringover integration in the Zoho CRM allows you to:
- One-click Chrome extension for calling (Extension Chrome & Firefox).
- Calls recorded with notes, tags, and transcription.
- SMS logged as tasks.
- WhatsApp conversations logged as tasks.
- Synchronization of Contacts, Leads, and Accounts.
- CRM fields integrated into the dialer.
- Call logs associated with deals.
Prerequisites:
- You must have a Ringover Business or Advanced account to benefit from this integration 💳
- The integration must be performed by an administrative or technical account in Ringover 👨💼
- In order for the integration to work, the Ringover account email addresses must be the same as those used for the Zoho accounts.
Step 1: Activation
💻 Go to Dashboard>Store>Integration.
- Search for "Zoho CRM" and click on "Activate",
- Enter your Zoho login credentials,
- Choose your organization if multiple options are available
- Finally, grant Ringover permission to access your Zoho data.
Step 2: Configure your Zoho CRM Integration
Customize the behavior of the integration based on your requirements through the settings. To do this, go back to Dashboard>Store>Integration and click on 'Configure' next to Zoho CRM.
