Prerequisites:
- You must have a Ringover Business or Advanced account to benefit from this integration 💳
- The integration must be performed by an administrative or technical account in Ringover 👨💼
- In order for the integration to work, the Ringover account email addresses must be the same as those used for the Zoho accounts.
Step 1: Activation
💻 Go to Dashboard>Store>Integration.
- Search for "Zoho CRM" and click on "Activate",
- Enter your Zoho login credentials,
- Choose your organization if multiple options are available
- Finally, grant Ringover permission to access your Zoho data.
Step 2: Configure your Zoho CRM Integration
Customize the behavior of the integration based on your requirements through the settings. To do this, go back to Dashboard>Store>Integration and click on 'Configure' next to Zoho CRM.

Why are some Ringover logs linked to a contact instead of a lead record?
Ringover logs activities based on the phone number found in Zoho CRM. The search prioritizes these objects: Contact > Lead > Account. So, if a contact with that phone number exists, the log will be linked to the contact rather than the lead.
