The Ringover integration with Pipedrive allows you to centralize your sales communications by syncing contacts, call history, SMS, and WhatsApp logs directly with your CRM. - An active Ringover Business account.

Set up and configure Pipedrive integration
1. Activate Pipedrive in Ringover
Choose your preferred installation method to connect Pipedrive with Ringover.
Method 1: From your Ringover Dashboard
Use this method if you are already logged into your Ringover admin account.
- Go to Integrations' page.
- Locate Pipedrive.
- Click Activate.
Method 2: From the Pipedrive Marketplace
Use this method if you are managing apps directly inside your Pipedrive CRM.
- Go to the Pipedrive Marketplace.
- Search for Ringover and click Install Now.
- Select Allow and Install.
2. Configure your Pipedrive integration
Customize call logging, contact synchronization, and dialer field mapping settings.
Return to your Integrations' page. Adjust your synchronization preferences for contacts, call logs, tags, and custom fields.
- Call types: Manage and filter types of inbound, outbound, or missed calls.
- Include recordings in call logs: Choose which audio recordings (e.g., "All files") are attached to call logs.
- Restrict access to recordings: Toggle switch to limit access permissions for call recordings.
- Phone numbers: Manage connected phone lines or select specific ones.
- SMS messaging numbers: Manage numbers enabled for sending and receiving SMS.
- Group SMS conversations by: Choose the time interval used to group SMS messages into threads (e.g., "Day (24 hr)").
- Link users with an account: Map CRM users or agents to their corresponding system account.
- Assign missed IVR calls to: Designate a specific user or queue (e.g., "Add user") to receive unassigned IVR calls.
- Log internal calls: Toggle switch to record internal staff-to-staff calls within Pipedrive.
- Include Empower summaries and transcripts in call logs: Toggle switch to save AI transcripts and call summaries to call logs.
- Log Empower meeting summaries: Toggle switch to save Empower meeting summaries to activity logs.
- Include scenario name in call logs (for incoming IVR calls): Toggle switch to attach the IVR flow name to call logs.
- Select contact manually: Toggle switch to manually select or search for contacts when logging calls.
- Logs display language: Select the display language for call logs (e.g., "en").
- Type of activity created: Define the activity type name in Pipedrive based on call state:
- Completed: Set activity type for finished calls (e.g., "call").
- Missed: Set activity type for unanswered calls (e.g., "call").
- In call: Set activity type for active ongoing calls (e.g., "call").
- After call: Set activity type for post-call wrap-up activities (e.g., "call").
- SMS messages: Set activity type for SMS interactions.
- Status of the activity created: Set default status applied to created activities:
- SMS messages: Assign default status value for SMS activities (e.g., "Done").

- Log calls in deals: Toggle switch to associate call logs directly with open deal records.
- Log outbound/inbound calls longer than: Toggle switch to filter and log calls that exceed a specified duration threshold.
- Log WhatsApp messages: Toggle switch to automatically save WhatsApp chat logs.
- Group WhatsApp conversations by: Define the time grouping interval for WhatsApp messages (e.g., "Day (24 hr)").
- Create contact for calls: Select default contact creation behavior during calls (e.g., "No contact page created").
- Create contact for WhatsApp messages: Toggle switch to automatically create new contacts from WhatsApp conversations.
- Sync contacts (v4): Toggle switch to enable general contact synchronization with Pipedrive.
- Sync contacts on a call-by-call basis: Toggle switch to trigger contact sync individually as calls occur.
- Display contact's info during call and only store their info if call-by-call basis is activated: Toggle switch to display contact information during active calls and conditionally restrict data storage.
- Mapped fields: Select Pipedrive fields (e.g., Name, Label, Owner ID) mapped to the dialer Info section.
3. Make calls with Click-to-Call
Initiate calls instantly from your client records using the browser extension.
- Open a contact or deal record in Pipedrive.
- Click on any phone number field to launch an outgoing call automatically via Ringover.
