- Go to your Ringover Dashboard> Settings> IVRs
- Select the IVR you want to modify
- Click on the scenario you want to modify ✏️
- Click on "Create your message" at the stage where you want to add it
- Adjust the wait times ⏱️
It's important to configure the following settings correctly to ensure your announcement plays without interruptions:
- Time before the message starts: Adjust this time to define how long the call should wait before the announcement starts, once answered.
- Text repetition: Set how many times the message will repeat during the wait, in case the customer stays on the line for a longer time.
⚠️ If you don't adjust these times properly, the announcement could be interrupted or the customer experience might be affected.
