Once your IVR has been created, you’ll need to assign it a phone number 🔗 for it to become operational.
💻 Go to your Dashboard>IVR and click on the “+” sign next to the IVR.
Select a number from the drop-down menu 📑 (or add one if necessary), then click on “Add this number”:

In the dropdown list next to your "Create IVR" button, you have the option to create an IVR template.
The prospecting IVR for outbound calls only allows the team to load a list of numbers and use them as needed. All incoming calls are redirected to the last agent who called.
The goal is to create a prospecting IVR where the team can include all its agents and numbers, and manage outbound calls using the nearest available number.
This phone number is now linked to your IVR! 👌
