Random and predetermined call cascades allow you to decide the order in which calls are distributed.
Step 1 - Access call cascade setup
💻 Go to your Dashboard, in the section of Voice Standards.
Click on 'Edit' for the extension where you want to configure call cascades.
Select the scenario to be modified🖊️
Step 2 - Set up call cascades on your IVR
Click on the gear of the scenario you want to modify:
Add the users to whom you want the calls to be distributed in the "users" section 👤.
Below "Call Forwarding," select the "Cascade" mode, then modify the order by clicking/dragging the sequence in which you want incoming calls to be distributed (random or predefined).
