With the One-Way SMS feature, you’ll be able to:
Prerequisite:
On the web app:
Head over to your Webapp and click on your “Messages” icon at the top of your page, click on "One-Way" and then select "+ New" to get started.

On this page, you can choose the name of the sender, add a recipient and type out your message. All that's left to do is send it.
On the desktop application:
Once your application has opened, go to the “Messages” section and select the “One Way” tab. By clicking on "+" you’ll be able to carry out the same operation as you would in the web app (namely to enter the sender, add a recipient and type out your message).
In order to send SMS via your brand, head over to your Dashboard, go into your settings and at the bottom you’ll find the “Brand” section and click on “Add a brand name”.
- Send unlimited outgoing messages,
- Send messages without a mobile number,
- Access the brand system via the dashboard,
- Available in the desktop application

Brand name via the Dashboard
In order to send SMS via your brand, head over to your Dashboard, go into your settings and at the bottom you’ll find the “Brand” section and click on “Add a brand name”.

One-Way SMS in the Interactive Voice Response
The One-Way SMS can also be used to send a one-way SMS in a single step via an interactive switchboard.
Head over to your Dashboard in the Interactive Switchboards section. When creating or editing a switchboard, you can set up an SMS in the function: “And if no-one answers?” (And if no one answers?)

In “And if no-one answers?”, you simply need to select the “Send a message” option. Select the Label, the sender and fill in its content.
