Axelor is a company that develops business management software. Its open-source suite includes modules for human resources management, accounting, CRM, and production, allowing customization according to users' needs.
Ringover integration in the Axelor allows you to:
- Call back your clients with one click by clicking on their phone number.
- Synchronize your calls and SMS.
- Synchronize the creation of your contacts.
- Contact and prospect synchronization.
- Synchronize your call tags/notes.

Prerequisites:
- You must have a Ringover Business or Advanced account to benefit from this integration 💳
- The integration must be performed by an administrative or technical account in Ringover 👨💼
- The integration needs to be installed by a Axelor administrator account
Step 1: Activation
- 💻 Go to Dashboard>Store>Integration,
- Search for and click on "Axelor",
- Enter your Axelor CRM URL and your admin credentials.
Step 2: Configure your Axelor Integration
Customize the behavior of the integration based on your requirements through the settings. To do this, go back to Dashboard> Store> Integration and click on "Axelor":
