Prerequisites:
- Administrator rights on Empower.
- AIRO Coach feature activated.
- Your internal resources ready (product list, common objections, PDF documents, etc.).
Notes:
- This extension is only available on Google Chrome
- Can be used on Google Meet
- Only with the web version can you use it for Zoom and Teams
Access AIRO Coach
- Open Settings in Empower.
- Go to the AIRO Coach tab.
Step 1 – Define your call types
Start by categorizing your conversations (e.g. discovery, demo, negotiation, support). This classification will serve as analysis context.

Step 2 – Add your products
Add your products/services with their description, USP, and key features. They will be used by the AI to understand your offer’s positioning during calls.

Step 3 – Structure your objections
List recurring objections and prepare rebuttals and proof points to assist your teams. The AI will detect these objections and assess the quality of the responses.

Step 4 – (Optional) Add your competitive landscape
Centralize key information about other market solutions (strengths, weaknesses, typical messaging). This helps your teams prepare for comparisons during calls.

Step 5 – Add your knowledge base
Import your documents (PDFs) so that the AI can rely on your internal reference materials (features, procedures, SLAs, etc.).

Step 6 – Create your AIRO Coach models
The models combine everything you’ve prepared: call types, products, objections, framework (MEDDPICC or BANT), custom metrics, and relevant users. These models drive the analysis and coaching.
- Give your model a name and select the targeted call type.
- Select the relevant products and objections.
- Choose a framework (MEDDPICC/BANT) and define your evaluation metrics.
- Assign the model to the relevant users & groups, then save.

Step 7 – Install AIRO Coach via Google Chrome
Installing the extension in your browser:
- Open your Google Chrome extensions.
- Search for AIRO Coach in the Chrome Web Store: Access the extension.
- Click “Add to Google Chrome”.
Logging in to AIRO Coach:
- Click the extension icon in your toolbar.
- Select “More options”.
- Choose “Open side panel”.
- Sign in via the displayed panel.

Using AIRO Coach daily
- Make/receive calls as usual within your workflow.
- AIRO Coach automatically analyzes conversations based on the associated model and call type.
- Review the insights: objection detection, metric compliance, strengths, and improvement areas.
- Use the rebuttals and proof points you’ve defined to coach your teams.
- Iterate regularly: update models, products, objections, and the knowledge base to reflect real-world changes.
Best practices
- Start simple: 3–5 call types, 3–6 metrics per model, main objections.
- Standardize naming (by language/country/segment) to make filtering easier.
- Keep products, pricing, and KB up to date to maintain reliable recommendations.
- Measure: compare results per model and per team, then adjust your metrics.
