Automated report exports allow you to schedule and receive regular data updates directly from your saved filters without manual exporting. In this guide, you’ll learn how to select a saved filter, set up your export frequency, and subscribe to automated reports.

Subscribe to automated report exports in Ringover

1. Access your saved filters

Navigate to your filter settings to select the saved filter you want to export automatically.

1. Go to Filters on your Ringover interface
2. Click on Edit filters
3. Click on Your filters
4. Select your saved filter from the list (Note: If you haven't created one yet, click How to filter your call logs to learn how to save a filter)

2. Configure export frequency and schedule

Choose how often you want to receive your exported report and set the exact delivery time.

1. Click on Manage export
2. Select your desired export frequency:
   • Daily: Select the specific time for daily delivery
   • Weekly: Select the day of the week and the time
   • Monthly: Select the day of the month and the hour
3. Click on Subscribe to report
4. Confirm that the confirmation message "Action successfully completed" appears on your screen
