Step 1: Activate recorded conversations for a user
💻 Go to Dashboard>Configuration>Users.
Click on the user 👨💼 for whom you wish to record conversations 🎙️.
Under the “User permissions” section, move the slider for “Conversation recording” to blue🖊️.
- Click on Permissions
- Scroll down to enable conversation recording ⏺️
💡 You can also announce to callers that the conversation is being recorded.

For each call, you’ll now be able to hear the recording by clicking on the play button ▶️.
