Missed calls are represented by a small bell to the left of your call logs. They open next to missed calls, allowing you to directly see which calls need to be processed.
💻 Go to https://dashboard.ringover.com/logs.
Once a call has been processed, simply indicate this by clicking on the bell. 🔔 Select the channel used for processing this call (call, text message, email). 💬 You also have the option to ignore the call:

💡 You can also apply this setting to all calls missed from the same number to avoid having to process them the same way each time.
This way the calls will all be marked as processed. ✅
💻 Go to https://dashboard.ringover.com/logs.
Click on “Modify filters” and select “Missed calls.” You can then decide if you want to view processed or unprocessed missed calls. 📑 Click on “Search” to view the data of interest 🔎:

💡 You can also filter these calls according to the type of response (call, text message, email, ignored).
To find out more about using filters, see this article.
That's it! Now you’re ready to process your missed calls! 🎉
