Updating your Ringover account information is simple and can be done directly from the WebApp or desktop application. Below is a step-by-step guide, organized into four distinct categories.
Alternatively, you can search directly for the information you want to update using the search bar.
General Settings
- Go to your Ringover WebApp, or open the desktop application, and click on "Settings" ⚙️
- Select the "General" tab
- Edit the information you want to update
💡 In this section, you can edit the following information:
- Your first name, last name, and job title.
- Change your password.
- Language and region – Select your preferred language, international dialing code, time zone, and emergency address.
- App options – Dark mode, Upcoming events, Voice analyzer, Connection status notification, End snooze, and Emoji.
- Your Click2Call signature – you can copy and paste the desired style.
- Your keyboard shortcuts.
Changes to your first or last name are applied automatically. However, if you have changed your password, make sure to save the changes so they take effect.
Call Settings
- Select the "Calls" tab
- Edit the information you want to update
💡 In this section, you can edit the following information:
- Manage your schedule
- Incoming calls – Ringtone, Ring duration, Call waiting, and direct to voicemail/call forwarding.
- Outgoing calls – Instant call, Power Dialer, Max ring time, and voicemail drop.
- Call forwarding
- Voicemail – Enable voicemail, Voicemail messages, and Customize your voicemail greeting.
Notification Settings
- Select the "Notifications" tab
- Edit the information you want to update

- Receive email notifications
- Missed call
- New voicemail
- Sound notification for conversations
- Sound notification for SMS
- Call waiting notification
Security and Login Settings
- Select the "Notifications" tab
- Edit the information you want to update
💡 In this section, you can edit the following information:
- Linked accounts
- SIP account – Server, Username, and Password.
- Security and devices – Connected devices, Clear cache and reload page, Block anonymous calls, and Block numbers.
- CRM configuration (You’ll be redirected to the Dashboard if the desired CRM is not configured).
