When the Ringover app runs in the background on some phones, you must configure the Ringover app to allow call reception 📱. Otherwise, by default, the phone will block the data.
Go to settings ⚙️ on your phone.
Select "Mobile Data Networks", "Mobile Data" and then "Mobile Data Roaming". 📶
Go to "Settings", "Applications" and select "Ringover" and allow all notifications.
Disable "Automatically managed app launch" and enable the 3 options shown below ✅.
