Steps
In this section of Cadence, the user can create or edit Cadence steps. This is where the user defines the Cadence, the delays between steps, the contents of the tasks, etc.

Statistics: You can see the Step Statistics of any steps of this cadence here. You can read more about cadence step statistics from this link. Click here.

Steps Quick View: You can click on any step to open step quick view.

Content: You can preview the content of the step from here. It shows the message body stored in that step.

People and Users: You can see the number of people with their owner currently on that step.

Duration: To estimate how long it will take to go on to the next step, you can look at the duration between each step.
Prospects
In this section of Cadence, the users can see all the people (leads/contacts depending on the CRM) currently inside the Cadence. You can also perform some actions from this page like Owner reassignment, Moving leads to another Cadence, Pause, Stop, Resume, and Delete.

Owner reassignment: Depending on the CRM access level of the user, the user can reassign people to other users.

Move leads to another Cadence: We can move any selected list of leads to another cadence from this option. The lead will switch to the newly chosen cadence after being moved from this one.

Pause: By selecting this option, the user may pause a specific list of leads, which will cause their task to be put on hold and further prevent their task from showing up on the task page.

Stop: We can stop the cadence for selected leads from this option. Stooped lead cant be even resumed later.

Resume: Any lead that had been paused previously can be resumed with this option, and his tasks will begin to appear on the tasks page again.

Delete: This option allows us to permanently remove leads from the entire cadence tool. The lead would also get deleted from any other cadence to which it was added.

Statistics: With the help of Statistics, you can easily see all the leads in a cadence and also the owners of the leads. Statistics will help you to analyze your people in a cadence quickly.

Filters: With the help of filters, you can filter your Cadence people by

Status :

Paused: This indicates that the lead is paused. That means this particular lead is not functional and it has been paused. Leads can be paused from the task page or people page.

In Progress: This indicates the cadence is in progress. View all the people, whose cadence is still running.

Stopped: View all people, whose Cadence has stopped. It can be because the people have manually stopped the Cadence from the people or task page. Or because of owner reassignment, disqualification, or conversion.

Completed: When a lead reaches the end of a Cadence and completes all the cadence steps, the lead is marked as Completed.

Owner : Filter according to assigned owners from the list.
