Status of cadence people
The Cadence tool separately maintains the different statuses of the leads. These statuses are not to be confused with CRM statuses. Here are the different statuses that you will find in Cadence.

In progress: This shows that the cadence is running. This indicated that the cadence is in progress to be completed.

Paused: This indicates that the lead is paused. That means this particular lead is not functional and it has been paused. On the task page or the people page, leads can be paused.

Stopped: See every individual whose cadence has halted. That can be as a result of the users manually stopping the Service from the users or tasks page. or as a result of conversion, disqualification, or owner reassignment.

Completed: A lead is marked as Finished when it reaches the end of a cadence and completes all of the cadence steps.
