Two Way Sync
Any update done in Cadence is automatically synced with Salesforce.
Activity Creation
1. Calendar Activity Sync
A. When calendar activities are created from Cadence, The activity is created within the tool, as well as salesforce
B. Activity in salesforce is created as a “Meeting”
2. Email Activity Sync
When emails are sent and received (associated with the lead) they are automatically logged into Cadence as well as salesforce
3. Note Activity Sync
A. Notes created within Cadence are stored in the cadence tool, as well as Salesforce only if the Salesforce administrator has enabled notes. Following are the guides to enable Notes in Salesforce
