1. Go to the list of contacts
2. Please select the following Fields in the column for export
- Record ID
- First Name
- Last Name
- Mobile Phone Number
- Work email
- Phone Number
- Contact owner
- State/Region
- Country/Region
- Website URL
- Job Title
- Associated Company
3. Click Actions > Export Views
- File format - CSV
4. Select the Language as English
5. Open the People tab in cadence. Click on “Import CSV”
6. Ensure the Owner Name in CSV is the same as the cadence
7. Once the CSV Is loaded the following UI is Show
- When no Status is shown in 1, the contact is not present in cadence. Simply add the contact to the tool by selecting it and clicking “Add”
- Active - This shows that the contact is already present in the tool and currently has a cadence running.
- Error - Clicking an “Error” message gives information about why the lead cannot be imported. When a “User not present in cadence” error is found, it implies that the user is not signed up with cadence, so the user must be added to the tool to allow imports
