- You’ll need a Ringover Business or Advanced account to use this integration.
- The integration needs to be installed by a Ringover and CRM administrator account
- Recordings must be enabled in Ringover
Configuration in Ringover
Head to your Dashboard (integration) and then click on the "Configure” button for your CRM.
(Using Zapier here as an example)
Search for the feature “Add Empower summaries and transcriptions” and enable it:
If you notice that the integration still isn't enabled, that your calls still aren't syncing, or if the activation of this button doesn't have any effect after a while, the integration between your CRM and Ringover may need to be reconfigured.
To disable your CRM/Ringover integration, head to your Ringover Dashboard and click on the Configure button for your CRM. At the bottom of the configurations, click on the “Disable” button and your CRM will no longer be connected to Ringover.
Now, enable your CRM with Ringover again: You can refer to these pages to complete the integration.
