About
Using the feature of two-way sync, you can synchronize various activities of Cadence with Sellsy. Remember, You’ll only get to see those activities which you have selected.
Steps to enable activity sync in Sellsy
Cadence provides permission to sync activities with Sellsy. With this feature, you can sync Cadence activities to Sellsy. After Cadence task sync is turned on, any activity enabled for sync in Cadence will also appear on the connected Sellsy.
Now let's see how you can turn on these activities:
- Step 1: Go to the Settings page.
- Step 2: Head over to the Activity Logs section. Here you can see three options:

Sync your calendar activities with Sellsy
- Sync your LinkedIn activities with Sellsy

Sync your email activities with Sellsy

Sync your note activities with Sellsy

- Step 3: Toggle on all these settings.
Steps to see personalized activities
- Step 1: To see the activities, go to the contact list > open a contact > Timeline.
- Step 2: Open the filter activity.
Getting started with the activities
- Calendar activity sync: All calendar events generated for contacts in Cadence will appear as private events to the user in Sellsy Calendar and in the event area of the timeline if Calendar Activity Synchronisation is enabled.
Here a calendar event was created in Cadence and the activity is reflecting the Event section of the user’s Sellsy account.
- Note activity sync: If note activity sync is enabled then the notes which are taken for contact are reflected in the comment section in Timeline.
For example, if we create a note for this particular user in Cadence (as shown in the picture below), the activity will get recorded in the Comments section of his Sellsy account as well.
- Email activity sync: If mail activity sync is enabled then all the email activities will be reflected as a personalized activity email which contains the subject and body of the email. In this picture, you can see this activity in the timeline section:
