Prerequisite: Your ringover account should be logged in.
What is this about:
A user must take a mandatory product tour of the Cadence as part of the Express onboarding procedure.
Getting Started with Express Onboarding:
Step 1: You will get an invitation to open the Cadence account in your Gmail. Click the Join Cadence button to get started.
Step 2: After that, you will be taken to the onboarding page, where you must click on the Log-in with Ringover button.
Step 3: You must choose an email provider in the following phase. Gmail or Outlook are your two alternatives. Gmail is chosen in this instance. Now click on Continue.
Step 4: After you choose the email provider, a modal will come up, and you must click on Start Product Demo.
Step 5: You will be directed to the Cadence page in the following step. Clicking on the Next button will display your first Cadence for you to view.
Step 6: A sample cadence will show up inside that to give you an idea of how it functions. Now just click the Next button.
Step 7: The first cadence is now ready to explore. Click on the particular Cadence.
Step 8: You must then configure the Cadence steps, which make you more productive. You need to start by clicking the Next button.
Step 9: In the next step, email is selected as the first content. By clicking on each of the steps, you will be able to review the content and add variables to personalize your communication.
Step 10: After the steps are all set, you must have a look at the people tab of the Cadence. Click on the People tab as directed in the picture.
Step 10: You must import leads into your Cadence before launching. To know how to import that, you may just click on the Show me how button.
Step 11: Now you will be prompted to click on the Import Leads button on this step. Click on it.
Step 12: Now the Import Leads modal will appear on the screen, and a sample CSV file will be automatically generated. Now click on the Import Leads button.
Step 13: Now the sample leads are imported into the particular Cadence, which will no longer be available after the demonstration. Now click on the Launch Cadence button.
Step 14: You can notice the Let's Launch Your First Cadence prompt at this stage; click on the button to do so.
Step 15: As soon as you click on the button, the particular Cadence will be launched, and you will see the confirmation pop-up on your screen.
Step 16: You can see that your tasks are ready in the following step. Visit the task page to see the task list. Click on the task page button.
Step 17: As soon as you enter the task page, you can see all the available tasks on that page. Click on the Next button.
Step 18:
As the cadence is launched, you can see on the task page that the tasks are created for all the dummy leads present in the cadence. Just click the Start button to begin the process.
Step 19: Now let's have a look at the first task. Just click on the particular lead.
Step 20: The task page will open a modal on the right hand side of the screen where you can see the Semi automated Email button. Click on it.
Step 21: Up next, Send mail modal will appear on your screen, and you will be prompted to click on the Send Mail button to complete the task.
Step 22: The task completion activity appears on the right side of the screen after the semi-automated email has been sent, and you will be taken to your next task.
Step 23: Similar to before, you can see your next task. Click the Call button on the modal, and the task will be performed.
Step 24: Like previously, you can see your next task. Click on the Semi Automated SMS button on the modal, and the task will be performed.
Step 25: In the next step, the send SMS modal will open in front of you. You need to click on the Send SMS button to complete the task.
You then see the demonstration compilation pop-up on your screen, as this was the last step of the task, confirming the completion of the entire onboarding procedure. Now you can create your own Cadence.
