Prerequisites:
- Your Cadence account should be Logged in.
- Your Cadence profile should be connected to your Zoho account.
- In Zoho, the Add to Cadence button needs to be established. Support documentaion
Importing leads from Zoho:
Here are some steps to import leads from the Zoho. The steps are as follows:
Step 1: Go to the People section inside the cadence page.
Step 2: Click on the Import button on the top right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Select the option Import from Zoho from the dropdown.
Step 4: After that, you will be directed to the Leads section > Click on the Select All button to import all the available leads.
(Note: Individual leads can also be imported, and the import procedures for both individual and bulk leads are identical.)
- If you choose to select an individual lead to import then after selecting the specific lead the Add to Cadence button will be created on the right side of that specific lead.
Step 5: Once you've chosen the leads, a button labeled "Add to Cadence" will become visible at the top of your screen. Click on this button to include the selected leads in your Cadence.
Step 6: After clicking on that button, Cadence's import page will open, containing all of the leads you have chosen.
Step 7: Click on the Select Cadence button on the top right corner of your screen.
Step 8: Select the cadence of your choice from the drop-down and click on Add button.
Step 9: The leads will now be imported to that particular cadence, and you will be able to see the success status next to the successfully imported leads on the import page.
