This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to import leads using the Filter View feature in Zoho. By following these instructions, you can efficiently import leads or contacts into your Cadence account,
- Your Cadence account should be Logged in.
- Your Cadence profile should be connected to your Zoho account.
- In CRM, the filter view list should be created beforehand.
Importing using Filter View:
These are the steps to import leads using the filter view.
Step 1: Go to the People section inside the cadence page.
Step 2: Click on the Import button on the top right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Select the option Import from Filter view from the dropdown.
Step 4: when you click on the filter view option you can notice the Select Filter view option in the upper right corner of the screen. This will take you to the Cadence import page.
Step 5: You may now select any option from Lead or Contact by toggling on them, then from the dropdown menu, select any Filter View option.
Step 6: As soon as you select the filter view the selected leads or contacts will be visible on the import page. Click on the Add button in the upper right corner of the screen.
Step 7: After you click on the Add button the selected leads or contacts will be imported. Every lead and contact has its Success status shown next to it.
