- Your Cadence profile should be connected to your Salesforce account.
About: Related Leads usually refer to connections or associations between different leads. This could involve leads and contacts from the same company.
Reasons for lead to become a related lead:
For Salesforce:
These are the necessities for any lead to be called related leads.
- If the account name is the same for two different leads then they are called - related leads.
- If two different contacts belong to the same account then they are called related leads.
For Zoho:
These are the necessities for any lead to be called related leads.
- If the company name is the same for two different leads then they are called - related leads.
- If two different contacts belong to the same account then they are called related leads.
For Pipedrive:
This is the necessity for any lead to be called related leads
- If two different persons belong to the same account then they are called related leads.
For Hubspot:

How to access the related leads.
The related lead icon is only shown when related leads exist. These are the steps to access the related leads.
From the People page:
Step 1: Go to the People page and click on any available Lead.
Step 2: Inside that particular lead hover over your cursor to the related leads icon and click on it.
Step 3: After that all the related leads would come up on your screen.
(*Note: The selection icon is inactive if the lead is not present in the Cadence
From Task page:
Step 1: Go to the task page and click on any task.
Step 2: Click on the related leads icon.
Step 3: After that all the related leads would appear on your screen.
(*Note: Procedures to verify that related leads in every other CRM are identical to those in Salesforce)
How to stop a related lead:
Follow these steps to stop a lead.
Step 1: Select the lead you want to stop. To apply the action to the current lead as well, turn the toggle at the bottom of the pop-up window. Stopping a lead from here will stop the lead from all cadences in which the lead exists
Step 2: Click on the Stop button.
