Token generation:

To generate the tokens, take the following actions: 

Step 1: Navigate to the API token section on the Cadence tool on the settings page:

Step 2: Click the generate button to create a new token and click on “Confirm”.

Note: You should be able to view and copy your token from there.

Adding it to Salesforce: 

The steps to add the API key to Salesforce are as follows: 

Step 1: After logging into Salesforce, click on the App Launcher located in the upper left corner of the screen. 

Step 2: Now click on the View All option.

Step 3: Next, select Ringover Cadence from the list of options.

Step 4: The next step on this page is to put the copied key into the API key field and click on the Save button. 

To make sure the API key is saved, refresh the page.
