This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to import leads using the Filter View feature in Odoo. By following these instructions, you can efficiently import leads or contacts into your Cadence account.
Importing leads or contacts from Odoo:
Step 1: On the Cadence page, inside a particular Cadence, go to the Prospect section.
Step 2: Click on the Import button.
Step 3: There are four alternatives available to import.
- Import from Odoo.
- Import from Excel.
- Import from Google Sheets.
- Import from filter view.
Click on the Import from Filterview button.
Step 4: You will now be directed to the import page. Then, in the upper right corner of the screen, click the Select filter view dropdown.
Step 5: Following that, a toggle for leads and contacts appears. Toggle on the leads or the contacts, and then click the filter of your choice.
(Note: You cannot import leads and contacts at the same time. You can import leads by toggling the lead button or import contacts by toggling the contact button.)
Step 6: The leads will then be bulk-imported from the CRM to the import preview page.
Step 6: Click on the Add button on the import page.
Step 7: Following that, the leads will be imported to the cadence, and a confirmation modal will appear indicating that the import procedure is complete. This popup will also show the number of successful and failed leads.
Now click on the Back to Cadence button to see the imported leads.
(*Note: If any leads on this page are missing any information, it will be indicated with a warning icon in the top right corner of the page. You can view the specifics of the leads that are lacking any fields by clicking on the caution icon.)
