Clearing your Mozilla Firefox browser cache can help resolve performance issues, free up space, and improve browsing speed 🌐.
Step 1: Open Firefox Settings

- Click the three horizontal lines in the upper right corner of the window to open the main menu
- From the dropdown menu, select "Settings"

💡 Check only "Cached Web Content" if you want to clear the cache, or check "Cookies and Site Data" and "Cached Web Content" if you also want to clear cookies
- After selecting the items to clear, click "Clear" ✅
💡 Firefox will begin clearing the selected data, which may take from a few seconds to a minute depending on the amount of data being cleared
Step 4: Customize Cache Management (Optional)
If you want to avoid having to clear the cache regularly, you can adjust Firefox's cache settings:
- Under "History Settings", select "Use custom settings for history"
- Check the option "Clear history when Firefox closes" and customize what you want to clear each time you close the browser
Step 5: Restart Firefox (Optional)
