Call Recording

The CNIL recommends providing the following information to any person likely to be recorded:

• The purpose of the operation (training, service quality evaluation, etc.)
• The recipients of the recording (training department, customer service, etc.)
• The right to object
• The right of access

• Set up an automatic message

Example: We inform you that this call may be recorded by our
teams [indicate the name of the departments receiving the recordings], to evaluate and improve our service
quality. You can object to this by informing your contact person. Please note that you can also access your recordings by sending your
request by email to [indicate the email of the department responsible for handling this type of request]

• Set up "Manager" profiles with open or restricted access to team recordings

• Ability to stop call recording at any time
• Ability to delete recordings directly from the Dashboard

Obtain consent from employees who may be recorded (e.g., amendment to employment
contract)

• Have a purpose: training, service quality evaluation, etc.
• No systematic and permanent recording
• Provide the ability to stop recording at any time
• Limit access to people in departments concerned with the intended purpose and track access
• Limited retention of recordings to 6 months

• Ability to set up profiles that may be recorded and profiles with open or restricted access to team member recordings
• Ability to disable internal call recording
• Ability to select a percentage of calls to be recorded
• Ability to stop call recording from the Dashboard
• Ability to select a retention period for recordings (1, 3, 6, or 12 months)

Important note: There may be a delay of several minutes between deleting a call and its effective disappearance from the call log. During this time, the deleted call may still appear in your logs. Our technical team is currently working on improving this process to make it more immediate.
