Prerequisites:
- You must have a Ringover Business or Advanced account to benefit from this integration.
- The integration must be carried out by a Ringover account administrator.
- You must use a Job Explorer account with administrator rights to proceed with the integration.
Integration with Job Explorer
- Go to your Dashboard>Store>Integrations, search for "JobExplorer" then click on it:
- A popup window will appear where you will need to:

- Add the Job Explorer instance. If you don’t know your instance name, it appears in your URL before ".job-explorer.fr" as shown below:
- Add your email
- Add your password

- Finally, click on "Activate".
Integration setup
- Link the users from the Ringover accounts to their corresponding Job Explorer accounts.
- If you opted to create new contacts from calls, SMS, and WhatsApp messages involving unknown numbers, don’t forget to define a default qualification (required for creation).
- Enable automatic contact synchronization to import your contact information into the Ringover Dialer.
- Map the fields to ensure the important information is correctly transferred from Job Explorer to the Ringover Dialer.
- To benefit from call summaries and AI transcription links, don’t forget to enable call recording from your Dashboard>Users, as explained on this page.

You can now make your first calls by installing the click-to-call extension.
Click on the call button on each contact or candidate record, or on highlighted numbers to launch the call.
Your communication activities (calls, SMS, WhatsApp) will be recorded in the "History" tab of candidate records:
By clicking on the "Notes history" button, you’ll access detailed notes: SMS and WhatsApp conversations (if you chose to merge messages), call logs with their summary, transcription link, and recording link.
