Thought for modern sales teams, Maxo by Efficy centralizes customer interactions and simplifies sales processes thanks to an intuitive and customizable CRM. This integration allows users to take advantage of Ringover's smart telephony features directly from their Maxo environment.
Integrating Ringover with Maxo gives you the opportunity to:
- Make your calls directly from the Maxo interface in one click, via our click-to-call.
- Synchronize your contacts: contacts are updated in real time from your Maxo CRM.
- Benefit from Ringover’s AI: get summaries and transcription links in your Ringover call log (soon integrated into Maxo).
Now let’s move on to the tool integration 📳
Prerequisites:
- You must have a Ringover Business or Advanced account to be able to use this integration.
- The integration must be carried out by a Ringover account administrator.
- You must use a Maxo account with administrator role to perform the integration.
Integration with Maxo
Go to Maxo, then scroll through the left menu to the “...” section.
- Then click on "API key" as shown below:
- Click on the "Create api key" button at the top right
Create your API key with the following information:
- User: Administrator
- Expiry Date: according to your criteria
- Allowed APIs: /api/v1/contacts, /api/v1/contacts/{id}, /api/v1/companies, /api/v1/companies/{id}
- Allowed IPs: 185.63.92.154
Example:
- Click on "Save", then "save and open".
- A pop-up will appear, from which you must copy your API key by clicking on the "Copy" button.
Integration with Ringover
Now go to Ringover, in Dashboard > Store > Integrations, then search for "Maxo" and click on it:
A pop-up window will appear, where you will need to:
- Add the URL of your Maxo instance.
- Add your API key.
- Finally, click on "Activate".
Integration configuration
- Open the Maxo integration and start your configuration from the side panel.
- Enable automatic contact synchronization to integrate your contact information into the Ringover Dialer.
- Map the fields to ensure that important information is correctly transferred from Maxo to the Ringover Dialer.
To benefit from call summaries and AI transcription links in Ringover, don’t forget to enable call recording from your Dashboard > Users, as explained on this page.
Please note that in this first version of the integration, Ringover’s communication activities are not yet logged in Maxo. Their synchronization will soon be available via your Maxo CRM API.
