IVR call recording allows you to automatically or manually keep a record of conversations routed through your phone menus. In this guide, you’ll learn how to activate and configure the recording options directly in your IVR settings.
Activate and configure IVR call recording
1. Access your IVR settings
Begin by navigating to the correct section in your Ringover account to find the IVR you wish to modify.
Go to your IVRs page.
Select the IVR and click on "Edit".
Click on "allow to record" to reveal your options.
Record direction : You can specify which types of calls the system should capture. Choose between recording incoming, outgoing, or all calls.
Start/stop recording option : Enable this option if you want to give your users the manual ability to start or stop a recording during an active conversation.
Record by default : You can choose to automatically record a specific volume of your calls. Select the option to record 100%, 30%, or 5% of your calls.
