AIRO Coach allows you to create analysis and coaching templates tailored to your calls.
From the Empower settings, you can configure a model step by step by following the instructions below.
These templates combine information from different categories (call type, products, objections, etc.), allowing the AI to assist you more precisely and in context.
The relevance of the AI’s responses will directly depend on the quality of your knowledge base, the created model, and the information entered within it.
1. Basic Configuration
In the first step, you define the main elements of your template:
-
Template Name: Give it a clear and representative name (e.g. Discovery Calls, Product Demo).
-
Call Type: Select the type of call the model applies to (e.g. Prospecting, Customer Support).
-
Products: Choose the relevant products or services.
-
Objections: Add the objections your teams frequently encounter (e.g. Price question, Not the right time, Already using another solution).
👉 You can enrich this list over time by adding new objections.
2. Choose the Framework
Select a sales qualification framework to structure the analysis of calls.
Available frameworks include:
-
MEDDPICC
-
BANT
Each framework offers a set of criteria to guide your teams in gathering information and advancing the sales process.
3. Opening Strategy
In this section, you can define your own metrics (checkpoints) to assess the quality of the opening phase of a call.
-
Click on Add a metric to define a criterion (e.g. Clear company introduction, Open question asked at the beginning).
-
For each metric, add a description to specify what is expected.
👉 These metrics are fully customizable according to your needs.
4. Users and Groups
Finally, choose the users and/or groups who will have access to this AIRO Coach template.
-
Add users individually.
-
Or activate the option Add all users to make it available to the whole team.
Finalize the Template
Once the 4 steps are completed, click on Create Templates to save your model.
It will then be available in Empower and can be used to support your teams in their daily activities.
✅ Tip: Start by creating a simple model (for example, for prospecting calls), then gradually enrich it with new metrics and objections as you receive feedback from your teams.
Concrete Example: Tracking Prospecting Calls
Imagine that your sales team makes many prospecting calls. You can create an AIRO Coach template dedicated to this type of call:
-
Template Name: “B2B Prospecting – New Client”
-
Call Type: Prospecting / Outbound
-
Associated Products: Telephony Pack + CRM
-
Frequent Objections to Track:
-
“I don’t have a budget.”
-
“We already work with a competitor.”
-
“It’s not the right time.”
-
-
Selected Framework: BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) to structure the analysis of conversations.
-
Call Opening Indicators:
-
Clear introduction by the salesperson
-
Identification of the prospect’s needs
-
Confirmation of interest for a follow-up meeting
-
With this model, each prospecting call is automatically analyzed using the same criteria, making it easier to identify:
-
The most common objections.
-
The best practices of salespeople who achieve the highest conversion rates.
-
The recurring improvement points to focus on in team coaching sessions.
