The Knowledge Base feature in AIRO Coach allows you to enrich the AI with your own documents to improve the accuracy of analyses and the relevance of suggestions. By importing your internal resources, the AI gains access to a reference framework tailored to your company.
Prerequisites:
- Have administrator access to Empower.
- Prepare your documents in PDF format (max. 10 MB per file).
- Up to 20 documents can be added per knowledge base.
Accessing the “Knowledge Base” section
- Log in to Empower and open the Settings menu.
- Select the AIRO Coach tab.
- Click on Knowledge Base in the left-hand menu.
You will then see the list of existing bases, which you can enable or disable with a simple toggle switch.
Creating a New Knowledge Base
- Click on Set up Knowledge Base.
- Choose the creation method:
- Document Upload: import your PDF files.
- Integration: (coming soon) connect with your support tool.
- Custom URL: (coming soon) add an external link.
- Click on Start Setup.
Importing Your Documents
- Give a name to your knowledge base.
- Drag and drop your PDF files or click on Browse your files.
- Once your files are uploaded, click on Save.
Tip: You can enrich an existing base by adding or removing documents as needed.
Managing Your Knowledge Bases
- Enable/Disable: use the toggle to control whether the AI should use this base.
- Edit: open a base to rename or replace documents.
- Delete: use the trash icon to permanently remove a base.
Example of Use
Suppose you have an internal product manual. By adding it to the knowledge base, AIRO Coach will be able to:
- Provide accurate answers to clients’ technical questions.
- Identify whether a sales representative provides the correct answer during a call.
- Detect inconsistencies with your official documents.

Which file formats are supported?
Currently, only the PDF format is supported.
How many documents can I import?
Each knowledge base can contain up to 20 PDF documents (10 MB maximum per file).
Can I enable multiple bases at the same time?
Yes, you can enable multiple bases, and the AI will use all active documents.
How can I enrich my base over time?
You can return to the Knowledge Base section at any time to add, update, or remove your documents.
